Terms of Service

I have the right to decline any commission I personally am uncomfortable with!Commissions are for personal use only, if you are wanting to use my work for any commercial material, such as marketing, various projects, etc, please inquire about it through my business inquiries portal, or my discord DMs!Sketches of what you'd like done can be sent upon request whether the payment has been made or not (half-upfront or otherwise), however, until payments are made in full, I will not continue on your commission. In this phase of things, you may request edits, however note that certain edits become more difficult to make as the progress of the piece(s) develops. (For example, changes to posing when line art is complete, or major background edits to an already finished background piece).It is encouraged that you provide me proper references for any characters you're asking of me to draw. I want to be able to fulfill your commission to the best of my ability, so be sure to provide visual references. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or even decline. Customs are the only commissions that I'll do where this is not necessary.In terms of Customs, these kinds of commissions are merely ref-sheets that include a front view and a back view. Any additional artwork that's more illustrative would be an additional commission (feel free to talk details with me!)Feel free to post your comms online! Just make sure to credit and/or tag me wherever you happen to post it.I will draw subjects/themes pertaining to the following:
- You or a family member
- Your Characters and/or OCs
- Fanart
- Anthro/Furry Characters

- Hate Speech
- Explicit NSFW / Fetish Content
- Hyper Realism
- Anything you plan on putting in some AI algorithm or NFT collection. I am adamantly AGAINST the use of my work for any AI module or NFT project.
